Walking outside, will take you out of your daily environment, worries and tasks, and help you slow down, refocus on what it is you need and what matters most to you. So put on your hiking boots and we will get moving, in your body, your thoughts and your feelings, literally and figuratively taking steps towards creating a life inspired by You! I understand that not everyone will be able to do our coaching talks walking, especially if the geographic distance is too great or there are serious health concerns involved. Being of service to others was ingrained into her spirit. The girl was also very creative, loved painting, drawing and all things connected to art. She loved playing sports and together with her friends, dreamt of coming back to Nepal as an adult, to set up a Flying Doctors’ Service to provide Health Services to the people in the remotest parts of this mountainous country. Her friends would be the doctors, she the pilot. After she went back to her birth country, the Netherlands, the dream to be a pilot got lost in practicalities, and her love for making art didn’t feel like enough to pay the bills.
